Outbound Sales Development Representative (Kyiv)

Looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to undertake the execution of outbound marketing strategy and B2B lead generation.

Key responsibilities:

— to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed deals
— to manage the entire lead generation process, from audience targeting and segmentation, the collection of contact data to sending out personalized emails
— to build a profiled database of qualified leads through web scraping and other tools at scale
— to draft and test creative cold email copies together with the marketing team
— to set up follow-ups with sequences, and enroll contacts into CRM workflows
— to maintain quality assurance of all outbound campaigns, analyze and report the results
— to educate and develop the most promising leads via phone calls and marketing emails
— to research market opportunities by actively participating in online forums, social media groups, slack and telegram channels in order to track the most recent hiring needs of funded tech startups in Silicon Valley (and beyond) and engage with their C-suite executives
— to utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented and tracked properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and relevant contact information regarding existing leads and/or opportunities is communicated


— 2+ years of proven work experience in lead generation and/or business development and/or outbound email marketing and/or sales within the tech industry, B2B environment
— Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including marketing automation programs and cold calls)
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills
— Excellent English (both American and British) is a MUST
— Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
— Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets, charts, and reporting)
— Self-managed and goal-oriented team player with an understanding of sales performance metrics
