Content Manager in Kyiv

Looking for a talented Content Manager, courage and experienced enough to help us align our product messaging and all communications across multiple marketing channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • to manage YouTeam’s blog — a source of inspiration for tech entrepreneurs and product people who are looking to build distributed development teams across continents
  • to write leading blog articles on how to find, screen, interview, and hire offshore dev teams
  • to create new and update existing content pages on YouTeam website
  • to proofread and edit content provided by external copywriters-contractors
  • to publish the content listed above though WP platform and keep it up to date
  • to report on blog performance, analyse the best performing content and enhance it
  • to post on social media, and distribute content through other channels
  • to assist with content for outbound email campaigns and with ad copies
  • to curate our weekly newsletters in order to educate and engage YouTeam’s subscribers
  • to create content for specific landing pages
  • to manage guest blogging and build relationships with industry influencers
  • to distribute content and develop a partnership with tech media

Requirements:

  • Creative writing and copywriting as natural as breathing
  • Excellent English (both American and British) is a MUST
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience at a tech startup or product company
  • Strong interest in digital products and online platforms
  • Personal blogging on industry trends is a big plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-management and target-oriented
