Requirements:
— 5+ years background in software engineering based on similar to the following stack: Nginx, PHP, Vertica or Clickhouse, AWS or Azure, MySQL, Mongo, Redis, Sphinx or Elastic, Zookeeper, Ansible.
— 5+ years background in heavy loaded architectures (hundreds of servers), big data processing and storage scaling, big data querying performance, web applications performance optimization.
— 5+ years of technical management in software product company, with at least 5 engineering under management.
— Strong understanding of web application reliability strategies, including protection from hardware, network and DC failures.
— Strong understanding of hardware performance (including processor cores & IO throughput) and network performance (nodes communication through private network & internet).
— Strong understanding of web applications security, including hardware & software levels and protection from attacks.
— Fluent English.
— Basic understanding of user tracking technologies, including JavaScript and mobile platforms tracking.
— Basic understanding of analytics methods and approaches, including slicing, sampling, forecasting and providing statistically significant results.
Will be a plus:
— Practice with AI and ML solutions.
— Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytical suits.
— GDPR implementation and support experience.

— Commercial and administration teams service and communication.
— Customers (mostly large) communication together with commercial or support deps to understand their needs and generate the best solutions.
