Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in IT outsourcing in Account Management/Delivery/Customer Support departments of a minimum of 4 years
- Clear understanding of software development and outsourcing best practices (processes, cycles, team roles etc.)
- Deep understanding of customer needs, desire to go the extra mile and build lifelong connections with clients
- Competency in providing excellent customer services in B2B
- Ability to spot opportunities and threats with multiple accounts and lead them to future expansion Excellent communication skills
- CRM experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is advantageous
- C1/C2 English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to operate in an ever-changing startup environment
- Problem solving and opportunity focused approach
