Senior Customer Success Specialist

YouTeam is a Y Combinator-backed marketplace connecting top product companies and tech startups with the best software engineers and development shops around the world. We are looking for a brilliant candidate to join our Account Management and Customer Success department, help assemble and support top-class software development teams.

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in IT outsourcing in Account Management/Delivery/Customer Support departments of a minimum of 4 years
  • Clear understanding of software development and outsourcing best practices (processes, cycles, team roles etc.)
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, desire to go the extra mile and build lifelong connections with clients
  • Competency in providing excellent customer services in B2B
  • Ability to spot opportunities and threats with multiple accounts and lead them to future expansion Excellent communication skills
  • CRM experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is advantageous
  • C1/C2 English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to operate in an ever-changing startup environment
  • Problem solving and opportunity focused approach


  • Supporting sales department through providing value add services to key accounts prior to their conversion to paying clients
  • Taking full ownership of assigned client accounts (and their remote tech teams) for the duration of the engagement
  • Setting up kick-off activities for a successful project launch
  • Delivering excellent support while maintaining proactive communication with all assigned client accounts
  • Gathering client feedback and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Seeking new business and growth opportunities with existing accounts
  • Managing multiple account/projects at once
  • Invoicing control and support
  • Providing feedback and taking active part in the internal improvement of Customer Success practices and processes
