Andrii leads WNISEF’s venture arm u.ventures, focusing primarily on pre-seed and seed-stage investments, ranging from AI and frontier tech, to the future of work and education technology (EdTech). He has led investments in Osavul, Haiqu, Instock, Mate Academy, Rallyware, NewHomesMate, 3DLook, and more.

Andrii received his MA in Applied Economics from Kyiv School of Economics and holds an honors BS degree in Economic and Mathematical Modeling (Cybernetics). Previously Andrii was a Founder Fellow at Launch House and On Deck, in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He co-founded Jiggle Labs, an AR focused product development company, and Ephy (now Lightspot), an AI co-pilot for STEM blogging. In his free time, Andrii enjoys hiking and cycling.
