About
Bohdan leads pre-seed, seed, Series A, and growth-stage investments at u.ventures across AI, vertical software, cybersecurity, fintech, robotics, EdTech, and consumer technology, among other sectors. In parallel, he leads technology investments at Horizon Capital, a growth equity firm with over $1.8 billion in assets under management.
At u.ventures, Bohdan has led investments in Preply, Carmoola, Fintech Farm, Influ2, OneNotary, Competera, Streamline, Altris AI, Ability AI, Yope, AI EdgeLabs, Spacer Robotics, and others. At Horizon Capital, he has worked on the firm’s technology investments, including Preply.
Prior to joining u.ventures and Horizon Capital, Bohdan was an investment banker, advising leading technology companies across Emerging Europe on M&A and capital raising transactions. In parallel, he served as a startup scout for Earlybird Venture Capital (now Bek Ventures).
Bohdan holds a Master’s degree in Investment and Finance from the University of Westminster, London, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
